At MySafestore Self Storage, the health and well-being of our employees and customers is our top priority.

To help our employees and customers during these difficult times, we work with adjusted opening hours, we are open according to the following times:

Mon - Fri: 10am - 1pm and 2pm – 6.30pm
Sat: 10am - 2pm
Sun: Closed

All our customers with existing access normally have access to their storage unit. Our locations are largely automated and are generally not high-traffic buildings, but we have nevertheless adjusted staffing levels and service offerings to minimise personal contact.

 In addition, our colleagues have intensified the daily cleaning of our branches, especially the often touched areas such as door handles, elevator knobs, pin machines, etc. Please disinfect your hands before using the bank terminal.

Finally, colleagues and customers are reminded to observe social distance of 1.5 meters and hand hygiene according to government guidelines. Anyone with coronavirus symptoms should not visit our store. Currently, customers can only enter our centres one at a time (with a mandatory mask). Our centres are regularly disinfected and access to the toilets is restricted. (We only have toilets at the front desk).

Why are MySafestore stores still open?
Our stores are open where possible because we serve many small business customers engaged in key supply chains  (e.g. grocery and pharmaceutical) as well as engineers who use our stores to store and collect parts critical to their work maintaining and repairing things like telecoms infrastructure, central heating systems, building lifts (including those in hospitals). In addition our stores do not generally have the footfall of other types of premises (such as retail). Nevertheless, the safety and well-being of our colleagues and customers is our priority and we are advising customers where possible to minimise visits and observe social distancing and hand hygiene per the Government guidelines. These measures, if observed correctly, should ensure risk of transmission is minimal.

If I am not on Direct debit how can I phone up and pay?
Please call the store to make payment.

I was due to vacate on xxxx day and now you are closed/could be closed?
Our stores remain open at this time, we will inform customers of any closures should they be required.

I have 6am to 10pm access, can I get in?
Our stores remain open at this time. We will inform customers of any closures should they be required.

Will you still deliver packing materials if I order online?
You are still able to order our packaging on line and have it delivered. As our stores remain open at this time packaging materials are also available to purchase instore.

What happens to my existing booking?
Our stores remain open at this time, and may move in to your storage unit subject to completion of formal paperwork including ID checks. Our team will advise you if it becomes necessary to close the store and make any adjustments to your reservation.

Is my insurance still valid during the closure?
Our stores remain open at this time. If a store is required to close, your insurance will remain valid as long as your Insurance Administration Fee has been paid and is up to date, Please remember it is your responsibility you have the appropriate level of cover for your items. MySafestore cannot be held responsible for losses arising from insufficient cover.
