At MySafestore we have self storage units in a wide range of sizes, capable of storing any amount of furniture - from a single bed to the entire contents of a large home or office. Our units are indoors, so your furniture will be protected from the elements and kept clean and dry until you need them. 

Short-term furniture storage

You might find that you need to store furniture temporarily, for example:

• During delays in a house move,
• After downsizing,
• During renovations or redecoration,
• To reduce clutter when selling your home, to make it easier to market to potential buyers.

You can keep your furniture in our self storage units for as little as one month or for as long as you like after that. 

Long-term furniture storage

You may find you need to keep your furniture in a self storage unit for a longer period, for example:

• If you’re moving in with your partner and have duplicate items (but don’t want to get rid of the spare items as they’ll be useful when you move to a larger property together),
• If you’re downsizing and plan to give your furniture to your children or grandchildren when they move into their own homes,
• To store items of furniture that you want to keep but that don’t fit your current decor,
• To keep your furniture safe if you plan to rent out your home on an unfurnished or part-furnished basis.

Your furniture will be kept clean, safe and dry in our highly secure stores for however long you need. If you’re not sure how long you’ll need to keep your unit for, you can rent it for a minimum of one month and extend your stay whenever you like. We offer up to 50% off the cost of a self storage unit, for up to 2 months'** stay to make things even easier for you.

How much storage space will you need?

We have storage units ranging from 1 m² ft to 100 m². We have a storage size calculator that you can use to help you decide how much space you’ll need, and our experienced team are available on the phone or online if you’d like some tailored, no-obligation advice on how much storage space to rent. You can easily increase or decrease the size of your unit after your first month if you find you need more or less space.
